SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from SellFastPhoto (Zeki Sert Aerial Photography LLC), you agree to the following terms:

• If you opt in to that category, you may receive recurring transactional and customer care messages related to shoot scheduling and reminders, gallery delivery notifications, and quote and booking follow-up.
• If you opt in to that category, you may receive recurring promotional and marketing messages related to promotions, special offers, and other marketing messages.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected through the contact form on this website. The form includes two separate checkboxes — one for each category of message — and both are unchecked by default and entirely optional:

• Booking & gallery text messages. Shoot scheduling and reminders, gallery delivery notifications, and quote and booking follow-up.
• Marketing text messages. Promotions, special offers, and other marketing messages.

The two categories are independent: ticking one does not opt you in to the other, and you may tick either, both, or neither. The form can be submitted without ticking anything, and you will never be enrolled in a category of text messaging unless you tick that box yourself. The consent language shown beside each checkbox states who the messages come from, what that category covers, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that consent is not a condition of purchase, and how to stop receiving messages.

We do not add phone numbers to the messaging program from any other source, and we do not send messages to numbers that have not opted in.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message from us to be removed from the program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
