Virtual Staging
Digitally furnishing empty rooms so buyers can read scale and purpose, at a fraction of the cost of physically staging a vacant property.

Empty rooms are hard to sell. Without furniture there is no sense of scale, no indication of how a space is meant to be used, and every flaw in the flooring and walls is the only thing left to look at. Buyers walk into an empty bedroom and cannot tell whether their furniture fits.
Virtual staging adds furniture and decor to photographs of empty rooms so the space reads the way it would if it were lived in. Furnishing is chosen to suit the property rather than dropped in generically, and scale is kept honest — a sofa that would not physically fit in the room is not placed in the room.
Compared to physical staging, virtual staging costs a fraction of the price, requires no delivery, storage, or removal, and can be turned around without another site visit. It is a straightforward option for vacant listings, new construction before furnishing, and rooms that are currently used for something other than their intended purpose.
Who it is for
Vacant listings, new construction, investor and flip properties, and any room whose current use hides its intended purpose.
What to expect
Virtually staged images must be disclosed as virtually staged wherever they are published. Both versions are delivered so the unedited photograph is always available.
