Interior & Exterior Listing Photography

The core MLS-ready shoot: bright, straight, properly exposed interiors and exteriors that represent the property honestly and make buyers stop scrolling.

Listing photography is the foundation of everything else on this page. Before a buyer walks through a door, they have already decided how they feel about a property from a grid of thumbnails on their phone. Photos that are dark, crooked, or shot too tight cost showings, and showings are what produce offers.

Every SellFastPhoto shoot covers the spaces buyers actually search for: the kitchen, the primary bedroom and bath, living and dining areas, secondary bedrooms, laundry and garage where relevant, and the full exterior including front elevation, back yard, pool and any waterfront or lot features. Rooms are shot from the angles that show how the space is used, with vertical lines kept vertical and windows exposed so the view outside is visible rather than blown out to white.

Files come back edited and sized for MLS upload as well as for social and print, so the same shoot can carry the listing across every channel an agent uses.

Who it is for

Listing agents, homeowners selling on their own, builders documenting completed work, and property managers marketing rentals.

What to expect

Shoot length depends on the size of the property. The home should be photo-ready before arrival — lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars off the driveway, and personal items put away.
