- What areas do you cover?
- SellFastPhoto serves the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Pasco County. That covers Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Lutz and the surrounding communities. If your property sits just outside that area, call and ask — travel outside the standard service area can often be arranged.
- How much does a shoot cost?
- Pricing is quoted per property rather than published as a fixed list, because cost depends on the size of the home and which services you need — photography alone is different from photography plus aerials, video and a 3D tour. Send the property address and what you are looking for through the contact form, or call (904) 250-8316, and you will get a quote for your specific listing.
- How quickly will I get the photos back?
- Turnaround depends on the size of the shoot and which services are included — video and 3D tours take longer to produce than photography alone. The delivery timeframe is confirmed when you book, so you know the date before the shoot happens rather than after. If you are working to a listing deadline, say so when you book and it will be worked into the schedule.
- How do I receive the finished files?
- Finished work is delivered as an online gallery you can download from and share with your client or brokerage. Photos are supplied at MLS-ready sizes as well as at high resolution for print and social use, so you do not need to resize anything yourself.
- How should the property be prepared before you arrive?
- The home should be photo-ready before the shoot starts rather than during it. Turn on every interior light, open blinds and curtains, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, put away personal items and pet bowls, move cars off the driveway and away from the front of the house, and hide bins and hoses. Preparation makes more difference to the finished photos than anything that happens in editing.
- Do I need to be there for the shoot?
- Not necessarily, as long as there is confirmed access to the property and it has been prepared in advance. Many agents arrange lockbox access and skip the visit. If the property is occupied it is usually easier if someone is there to let the photographer in and keep pets settled.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- Interior photography can go ahead in most weather. Drone flights cannot — sustained wind, rain and low cloud all prevent a safe, legal flight, and twilight shoots depend on a clear enough sky to be worth shooting. When conditions do not allow it, the affected part of the shoot is rescheduled rather than delivered at poor quality.
- Can you photograph a property that is still occupied?
- Yes. Occupied homes are photographed regularly. The rooms should be tidied and de-personalised as much as the occupants are willing to manage before arrival, and it helps if people and pets can stay out of the rooms being shot. Occupied properties usually take a little longer on site than vacant ones.
