Video Walkthroughs

A moving tour that carries a viewer through the property in the order they would actually walk it, built for listing pages and social.

Still photos show rooms. Video shows how a home connects — that the kitchen opens onto the living space, that the primary suite sits at the far end of the hall, that the lanai runs the length of the back of the house. Flow is difficult to convey in a photo grid and it is often the thing that decides whether a buyer books a showing.

Walkthroughs are filmed with stabilized motion so the footage is smooth rather than handheld, and cut in a sequence that follows a natural path through the property. Exterior and aerial footage can be combined with the interior tour so the finished video sets the home in its surroundings before going inside.

Delivery is formatted for where the video will actually be used — the listing page, YouTube, and vertical cuts for Instagram and TikTok, where much of a listing's early traffic now comes from.

Who it is for

Agents marketing on social, listings where the floor plan or flow is a selling point, and out-of-area or relocating buyers who cannot easily view in person.

What to expect

Filming takes longer on site than a photo shoot and the property needs to stay clear of people and pets while filming. Video editing takes longer than photo editing, so the turnaround is confirmed when the shoot is booked.
