When you submit the contact form on this website, that means your name, email address, phone number, and the details you include about your property or enquiry. When you call or email us, we collect the information you choose to share in that communication.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the website.
Mobile Information
Mobile Information. We collect mobile phone numbers to send you shoot scheduling and reminders, gallery delivery notifications, quote and booking follow-up, and promotions and special offers via SMS text message, with your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Photographs and property images
Photographs produced for a client are delivered to that client for marketing the property. If you would prefer images of your property not be used this way, tell us and we will not use them.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, and resolve disputes. Opt-out requests are retained so we can honour them.
