Who runs the camera

SellFastPhoto is run by Zeki Sert, who shoots every booking personally. The business is registered as Zeki Sert Aerial Photography LLC, and the aerial side of the name is not decoration — drone work is where it started, and it is still the part of the service that most often changes how a property is understood.

Over 5+ years, that has meant photographing a wide range of Florida property: waterfront homes on the bay and the canals, suburban family houses in Brandon and Riverview, new construction handed over by builders, condos, and rental units being marketed by property managers. Different properties need different treatment, and the difference between a listing that gets showings and one that sits usually comes down to whether the photos gave a buyer a reason to book.

How the work is approached

A property is photographed to be represented accurately. Interiors are shot bright but not blown out, with windows exposed so the view outside is visible rather than a white rectangle. Vertical lines are kept vertical. Colors are corrected to what the room actually looks like, not pushed until the grass glows. Rooms are framed to show how the space is used and how it connects to the rest of the house.

That standard matters commercially as well as ethically. Photos that oversell a property produce showings that end in disappointment, and a buyer who feels misled by a listing does not make an offer on it. Where images are edited beyond normal correction — virtual staging or virtual twilight — the original unedited photograph is always delivered alongside the edited version, so there is never any question about what the property actually looks like.

Who this is for

Most bookings come from listing agents who need reliable turnaround on a schedule they do not fully control. The rest come from homeowners selling on their own who want their listing to hold its own against agent-marketed competition, builders documenting finished work, and property managers marketing rentals. If you are working to a listing date, say so when you book and it gets built into the schedule rather than discovered later.

Being owner-operated is the point. There is no rotating roster of contractors and no variation in standard between one booking and the next. You talk to the person who will be holding the camera, and that person is the one who edits and delivers the files.
